We've tried to address a variety of questions and needs here, so please take a moment to read the answers to many of our frequently asked questions.

Will I receive a confirmation email when placing an order?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after you submit an order.

Can I make a change to my internet order?

Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to internet orders once they are submitted.

Can I cancel the internet order I just placed?

If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order. Please call 703-490-4040 during business hours to cancel the order.

How can I find out my order status?

Sign in to your lyleanddeborahdukes.com account and visit your account info section to see your order history. A tracking number for your order will be emailed to you within three business days of your order submission. You may also email us at info@lyleanddeborahdukes.com or call our office at 703-490-4040 (11:00 am - 5:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday), and our ministry support team will be happy to help you determine your order status.

I just received my package, but it is either missing something or isn't what I ordered.

Check the receipt that was emailed to the email address provided when the order was submitted to make sure the information is correct. If something is missing or a product came that wasn't ordered, please call 703-490-4040 (11:00 am - 5:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday), and we will look into the problem.

There is an issue with the product I ordered.

Please call 703-490-4040 (11:00 am - 5:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday) or email us at info@lyleanddeborahdukes.com with information about the issue with your order and someone from our Ministry Support Team will be more than glad to assist you.

What is your return policy?

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from date of order receipt.

  • All returns and billing questions must be resolved within 30 days of order receipt.

  • We do not reimburse outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

  • To ensure that your returned merchandise is credited properly you must first contact Customer Service at 703-490-4040 (11:00 am - 5:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday) or email info@lyleanddeborahdukes.com to get authorization for return and/or refund.

  • Digital products (.pdfs, downloadable products) cannot be returned. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example, the link we provide does not work), please contact us via phone at 703-490-4040 or email at info@lyleanddeborahdukes.com.

How do I return a product that I ordered?

  1. To initiate a return, contact our office at 703-490-4040 or email info@lyleanddeborahdukes.com to get authorization to return and/or request a refund. Packages without proper return authorization will not be accepted.

  2. Pack the item(s) that you are returning to us. Enclose a copy of your original receipt so we can quickly refund or credit your account or send a replacement.

  3. Be sure to apply adequate postage.

How long will it take to process my refund?

​Authorized returns will be issued to your credit card within two to three business days after receiving your package.

​

Do you provide a return authorization number?

​We do not require a return authorization number. Upon receiving authorization to return a product(s), simply ship your product back to us with your original receipt.

What are the shipping and handling fees for orders?

There is a shipping and handling fee of $6.99 added to all orders.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

​What address will my order be shipped to?

Item(s) will be delivered to the address you supplied upon placing your order. The ministry is not responsible for any failure to deliver the item(s) if you have supplied an incorrect address. In the event that the ministry has been provided an incorrect address by the customer, and efforts to contact you have failed, the ministry reserves the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents at our discretion if they are returned. Under such circumstances, the ministry is not obliged to refund/reimburse the customer.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders within the 48 continental United States (does not include Alaska and Hawaii) should arrive in 5-10 business days. Please note that carrier delays and other delivery methods beyond our control may impact the arrival time of your package and we cannot guarantee you will receive your item within our estimated processing time.

​​​​What should I do if my address changed after I submitted my order? 

If you have changed your address or any relevant detail relevant to your order, please send an email to info@lyleanddeborahdukes.com within 24 hours of placing your order. The ministry will not be liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of item(s) if you change your address without prior written notice within 24 hours of order placement.

Credit/Debit Card Payment Authorization

If you are under 18 years of age and/or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for your order, you must obtain prior permission from the credit/debit cardholder before entering the payment details. By clicking on the "Submit" button, you are declaring that you have obtained prior permission from the credit/debit cardholder. Verification of this is not the ministry’s responsibility and the ministry will not be liable to you or any other person for any unauthorized use of credit/debit cards.
