All sales are final. For products, please allow 7-10 business days for processing and delivery of your order (does not include event registrations). We are unable to accept requests for refunds, returns or exchanges. This helps us to continue providing our customers with high quality products at the lowest prices possible.
Defective items or items damaged in shipping will be promptly replaced with the same product. To exchange a defective or damaged product, please send an email to email@example.com, or call us toll free at 1-877-867-3853. Please include your order number, name and the email address used in the order, as well as the product title. Finally, please include a description of the problem.
Return requests will only be accepted if they are initiated by the purchaser within 15 days of receiving the product. Return requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.
