Bishop Lyle Dukes is the beloved and greatly respected Senior Pastor and Founder of Harvest Life Changers Church, International, an innovative and progressive ministry of over 7,000 members, located in Woodbridge, Virginia. He shares in ministry with his wife, Pastor Deborah Dukes. In addition to the church, Bishop Dukes also serves as the leader of the Empowerment Fellowship of Covenant Churches which includes approximately 500 churches in the United States and abroad.

Bishop Dukes was saved at an early age and worked in the church at nearly all levels of leadership. He was an All-American track runner and served as a commissioned officer in the United States military. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from University of Virginia and a Masters of Divinity Degree from Faith Bible College and Seminary.

"Impacting and life-changing" describes the ministry of Bishop Dukes, Pastor Deborah Dukes and Harvest Life Changers Church. Pastor Deborah Dukes is the much admired and beloved co-founder of Harvest Life Changers Church, International — an innovative and progressive ministry with over 7,000 members located in Woodbridge, VA. She shares diligently in ministry with her husband Bishop Lyle Dukes, the senior pastor. In addition to the church, Bishop Dukes and Pastor Deborah serve as leaders of the Empowerment Fellowship of Covenant Churches which includes approximately 500 churches in the United States and abroad. Together they are a dynamic duo that brings a special brand of ministry of integrity, care and teamwork that is impacting people all over the world.

Pastor Deborah was saved at an early age and received her foundational training at the Love of Christ Church, under the leadership of her parents, Bishop Carver E. Poindexter and Pastor Lorene Poindexter. Excelling in her leadership roles in the church, Pastor Deborah was elevated through the levels of ordination as a Missionary, Evangelist, Elder and eventually was ordained Pastor. With over 25 years of sacrificial and dedicated service to the Lord, Pastor Deborah has learned and teaches the importance of faithfulness to the vision of pastoral leadership.

Pastor Deborah graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with an Associates Degree and is the recipient of a Bachelors Degree in Christian Education from Faith Bible College & Seminary.

Among her various responsibilities, talents and accomplishments, she is the CEO of Lyle and Deborah Dukes Ministries which includes the "Heart to Heart" television program, World Missions, Harvest Word Publishing and more. With a heart for women, she is the visionary leader of Deborah's Daughters Women's Ministry which teaches, trains and empowers women not only to make a difference but to be the difference. She is the Visionary and Host of the world renowned "Don't Block My Flow" Women's Conference.

Pastor Deborah has written several books such as "The Revelation of Your Relationships," "In the Inner Courts with God for Women" and "The Accelerated Weight Loss Diet Plan & Journal." She is also the producer of the "Power Walk CD" and "Power Work Out DVD" and has co-authored several books with her husband. Pastor Deborah is an accomplished song writer and a powerful psalmist who is anointed to usher people into the presence of God. Vann, II is an anointed preacher and teacher whose vision for God's people enables him to build bridges, reach across denominations, generations, gender, race, culture and ethnicity, changing lives and building communities. On December 5, 1976, Bishop Vann was called to pastor Second Ebenezer Church. During his tenure, the membership of Second Ebenezer has grown from 66 to more than 5,000 committed believers.

Under his dynamic and able leadership, Second Ebenezer has grown in more than just numbers. There are more than 50 active and thriving ministries. This multi-talented man of God uses every spiritual gift given to him to spread the gospel. He preaches, teaches, leads, motivates, sings, directs and plays the keyboards and organ. He also consults to various federal, state and local officials and business leaders.

During his years as pastor, Bishop Vann has developed extensively the international ministry of the church and has traveled the country and abroad teaching and preaching to all who desire to know God. Bishop Vann does not limit his ministry to the church. He is Founder and President of the Vanguard Community Development Corporation organized in 1994. Currently with a staff of 35, he is leading an entire community towards restoration, healing and empowerment. Bishop Vann is also committed to helping individuals destroy the yoke of poverty and affirm themselves with sound biblical principles.

He has preached extensively throughout the United States, the Middle East, Africa, Canada, Mexico, the Carribean, Haiti and Eastern Europe. He fulfills the mission of Second Ebenezer Church as he empowers people everywhere with the Word making a global impact. He is also a mentor, coach and spiritual father to his many sons and daughters in the ministry and Pastors throughout the country. Pastor Vann has been married to Elder Sheila R. Dr. Yvonne Capehart

Dr. Yvonne Capehart is the founder of Sister Keeper International Ministries Crusade, a network for Women in Ministry on local, state, and international levels. She is the President of 2BLEEV Music Company and Founder of Y C Publishing Company. Dr. Capehart has also appeared on Daystar, TBN, Sisters and several other television and radio programs. Dr. Capehart is also the founder of Project H.O.P.E. an interactive program designed to build twenty (20) homes for various families. To date 4 homes have been built through this program. She is also the founder of RB's House (Reaching Beyond the Sky), a home for young women implemented in February 2003, is a safe haven for young women recovering from life's dilemmas and struggles.

Dr. Capehart received her BA degree in Special Education at the University of West Florida in 1991 and received her Master in Educational Leadership in 1998, also from the University of West Florida. Dr. Capehart received her doctorate in Pastoral Counseling and Psychology in May 2001.

Dr. Capehart has released several projects inspired by God "I Speak Life In You" musical CD "Destiny is Calling You" musical CD, two books entitled "After All I've Been Through, I'm Still Here, with a Praise" and "Drawn to Destiny."

Dr. Capehart is married to Pastor Lee Capehart, of Believer's Life Center, in Pensacola, FL. They have two sons Brandon and Britton. With the Love for God, and a clear understanding of her purpose in Christ, the Lord has given Dr. Capehart a Prophetic Deliverance Ministry to heal the wounded heart, the broken in spirit and to encourage others to step out on faith as they strive to reach their destiny in God. Bishop Horace E. Smith, M.D. is the pastor of the Apostolic Faith Church in Chicago, Illinois since 1980. Under his leadership the congregation has grown from 200 members to 7,000 people who call Apostolic Faith Church their home. Bishop Smith is also an attending physician specializing in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at Children's Memorial Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine. He is recognized world-wide as an outstanding pediatrician in his field. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (with honors) from Chicago State University and a M.D. from the University of Illinois Medical Center.

In August 2004 Bishop Smith was elevated to the office of Presiding Bishop of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. (P.A.W.) with over 1.5 million members worldwide. Apostolic Faith Church broadcasts locally and nationally on such stations as the Word Network. Their annual Faithworks Conference hosts over 10,000 people each October featuring world renowned speakers. Gaye Arbuckle

Gaye Arbuckle, is an anointed National Gospel Recording artist from Dallas, Texas with an enriched style and talent that leaves you spiritually touched as she ministers in music and song. A musician and songwriter in her own right, Gaye is also a vocal coach and enjoys functioning as a workshop clinician.

She sang and has appeared in opening performances for Yolanda Adams, Kirk Franklin, Vickie Winans, BeBe and CeCe Winans, Richard Smallwood, Rance Allen, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Karen Clark-Sheard, Kelly Price and Darryl Coley just to name a few. She is also a thespian with such plays as "The Night I Fell in Love," "Preachers Kids" and "The Spirit of Forgiveness." She released her 4th album, recorded "live" in Dallas, Texas where she produced, wrote and re-arranged for this project on B&G Label entitled, "Miracles and Blessing." Gaye is fulfilling the dream of a lifetime of being in full time ministry as the Minister of music at Concord Church in Dallas, Texas where she leads praise and worship on any given Sunday.

In April 2008 at the Concord Church, Gaye recorded her 5th CD live with her church choir "United Voices of Concord." This project, titled "Holy," was released in June 2010 and has been nominated for 2011 Female Traditional Vocalist of the year and Praise and Worship CD of the year with the prestigious Stellar Awards on their first ballot voting. We anticipate a mighty move of God as she continues to minister throughout this nation in song.
