Bishop Lyle Dukes is the beloved and greatly respected Senior Pastor and Founder of Harvest Life Changers Church, International, an innovative and progressive ministry of over 8,000 members, located in Woodbridge, Virginia. He shares in ministry with his wife, Pastor Deborah Dukes. In addition to the church, Bishop Dukes also serves as the leader of the Empowerment Fellowship of Covenant Churches which includes approximately 500 churches in the United States and abroad.

Bishop Dukes was saved at an early age and worked in the church at nearly all levels of leadership. He was an All-American track runner and served as a commissioned officer in the United States military. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from University of Virginia and a Masters of Divinity Degree from Faith Bible College and Seminary.

"Impacting and life-changing" describes the ministry of Bishop Dukes, Pastor Deborah Dukes and Harvest Life Changers Church. It includes the Changing Lives Together initiative: ministering to souls, locally and nationally, through conferences and events, programs, training and global ventures such as ministry establishment, disaster relief (e.g., Haiti Earthquake) and construction projects, including the dedication of the Christian Outreach Harvest Conference Center in Nakuru, Kenya.

Bishop Dukes is a highly requested speaker and facilitator whose engagements range from the private business sector to the White House, Department of Justice, and Department of Defense. He has had engagements across the country and abroad - from California to Arkansas and Paris to Africa. Bishop Dukes has written 12 books including "The Open Door Policy" and "Possessing the Kingdom Anointing." He has co-authored "The What Works the Best Principle," "In the Inner Courts with God for Men" and "In the Inner Courts with God for Women" with Pastor Deborah.

Along with Pastor Deborah, Bishop Dukes is a National Spokesperson for the American Heart Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Prince William Chamber of Commerce and a successful businessman and entrepreneur, as the owner of Mainstream Concepts, Inc., a media marketing company.

Pastor Deborah Dukes is the much admired and beloved co-founder of Harvest Life Changers Church, International - an innovative and progressive ministry with over 8,000 members located in Woodbridge, VA. She shares diligently in ministry with her husband Bishop Lyle Dukes, the senior pastor. In addition to the church, Bishop Dukes and Pastor Deborah serve as leaders of the Empowerment Fellowship of Covenant Churches which includes approximately 500 churches in the United States and abroad. Together they are a dynamic duo that brings a special brand of ministry of integrity, care and teamwork that is impacting people all over the world.

Pastor Deborah was saved at an early age and received her foundational training at the Love of Christ Church, under the leadership of her parents, Bishop Carver E. Poindexter and Pastor Lorene Poindexter. Excelling in her leadership roles in the church, Pastor Deborah was elevated through the levels of ordination as a Missionary, Evangelist, Elder and eventually was ordained Pastor. With over 25 years of sacrificial and dedicated service to the Lord, Pastor Deborah has learned and teaches the importance of faithfulness to the vision of pastoral leadership.

Pastor Deborah graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with an Associate's Degree and is the recipient of a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Education from Faith Bible College & Seminary. Among her various responsibilities, talents and accomplishments, she is the CEO of Lyle and Deborah Dukes Ministries which includes the "Heart to Heart" television program, World Missions, Harvest Word Publishing and more. With a heart for women, she is the visionary leader of Deborah's Daughters Women's Ministry which teaches, trains and empowers women not only to make a difference but to be the difference. She is the Visionary and Host of the world renowned "Don't Block My Flow" Women's Conference.

Pastor Deborah has written several books such as "The Revelation of Your Relationships," "In the Inner Courts with God for Women" and "The Accelerated Weight Loss Diet Plan & Journal." She is also the producer of the "Power Walk CD" and "Power Work Out DVD" and has co-authored several books with her husband. Pastor Deborah is an accomplished song writer and a powerful psalmist who is anointed to usher people into the presence of God. Bishop Blake is the Senior Pastor of West Angeles Church of God in Christ with a membership of over 24,000. In November 2007 he was appointed the seventh in succession as Presiding Bishop of over the 6.5 million member Church of God in Christ. In 2008, he was re-elected as Presiding Bishop for another four-year term and served as Jurisdictional Prelate of the First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Southern California comprised of more than 250 churches for 25 years. He is a humble humanitarian and communitarian and Chief Executive Officer of Save Africa's Children, which has assisted over 300 faith-based projects in sub-Saharan Africa, reaching over 90,000 AIDS-affected children. It also supports more than 100 thousand children in 340 orphan care programs throughout more than 23 nations on the continent of Africa.

Bishop Blake was the founding Chairman of the Board of Directors for C.H. Mason Theological Seminary and has served as an Executive Committee member on the Board of Directors of the Interdenominational Theological Seminary. He also formerly served as an Advisory Committee Member of the Pentecostal World Conference.

In 2009 President Barack Obama tapped Bishop Blake to serve on his 25-person White House Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships. He was also one of four to speak at the Democratic National Convention's first Ecumenical Service, where he pronounced his status as pro-life democrat and challenged both democrats and republicans to protect the rights of the unborn and born alike. Bishop Blake has received numerous awards, commendations, and accolades, to include the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors designating February 5, 2004, as "Bishop Charles E. Blake Day."

Bishop Blake is married to Mae Lawrence Blake. They have three children and eight grandchildren.

Bishop Ellis organized Mount Tabor Union Baptist Church in February of 1987 with thirteen members. Mount Tabor (now Full Gospel Baptist Church), is one of the fastest growing churches in The Bahamas; and has a membership of more than 7,000.

Bishop Ellis has been involved in the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International since its inception and was consecrated as Bishop of Foreign Ministries. He has served as the first Regional Bishop for the Bahamas, the first Bishop of Foreign Ministry, the first Chairman of the College of Bishops; as 1st Assistant to The International Presiding Bishop and 3rd International Presiding Bishop. He presently serves as the 2nd Presiding Bishop of the International Fellowship and Chairman of the Full Gospel Denomination in the Bahamas. He holds an Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from both St. Thomas Christian College and from Virginia Theological Seminary and College.

In 2004, Bishop Ellis was honored by Civil Society as a "Living Legend" in The Bahamas. In November 2005, Bishop Ellis received one of the highest honors of the Commonwealth, the CMG (Companion of St. Michael and St. George). The most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George is a British order of chivalry founded in 1818 by George, Prince of Wales. It is used by the British Monarchy (Her Majesty, The Queen of England) to honor individuals who have rendered distinguished services in Commonwealth nations.

Bishop Ellis is passionate about the Word of God and its ability to transform lives. Not long ago, this young man dreamt of stopping wide receivers in the NFL, but a high school injury ended his professional hopes. During the recovery process, God revealed to him the calling of music, which had been in his life since childhood. From his early days as a member in the Florida A&M University (FAMU) Gospel Choir, Troy Sneed continued to hone his musical talents in the industry.

He has worked with a plethora of gospel greats to include the award winning Georgia Mass Choir and he has also appeared in the Disney production of "The Preacher's Wife", starring Whitney Houston and Denzel Washington.

Sneed - an artist, songwriter and musician, directed and produced "Youth for Christ" which was nominated for the 43rd Annual Grammy "Choir of the Year" Award. He and his wife, Emily, are the founders of Emtro Gospel, which has now enjoyed a half dozen Top Ten gospel radio hits in the last two years.

Pastor Murphy was given a solid foundation in both the church and its music, as his father Bishop William H. Murphy, Jr. and grandfather, Dr. William Murphy, Sr., are musically gifted and Senior Pastors.

"Church is what I've known all my life", he says. "My family is rich in the heritage of the Gospel, in spoken-word ministry as well as music." That was the foundation I grew up on."

Pastor Murphy and his beautiful wife Pastor Danielle, are the proud parents of four children.
