About The Conference...

The Impact Conference 2011 assembled hundreds of pastors, ministry workers and leaders from across the globe for a dynamic move of God! On October 5 - 7, 2011, new members, ushers, youth workers, ministers, pastors and, yes, even Bishops came to be empowered with life-changing training sessions, inspirational performances and a powerful Word from God. Under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, Bishop Lyle Dukes and Pastor Deborah Dukes brought together an amazing team that ushered the Kingdom of God to the next dimension of faith, anointing and power!

Speakers included Bishop Charles Blake, Bishop Neil Ellis, and Dr. Samuel Chand along with conference hosts, Bishop Lyle Dukes and Pastor Deborah Dukes. Attendees also enjoyed the musical ministries of guest artists, Pastor William Murphy, Troy Sneed, and Crystal Aikin.

Sessions equipped us with practical keys and spiritual insight for church growth including a special session for Pastors and Spouses taught by Bishop and Pastor Dukes, The Exponential Power of Team Ministry, Fired Up! Motivating Kingdom Workers to Sacrifice and Serve taught by Pastor Lorene Poindexter, the Overflow Principle: How to Bring in More Money for More Ministry taught by the President of national stewardship organization, Injoy Stewardship Solutions, Joseph Sangl and other intense, ministry transforming sessions. Conference attendees were empowered with loads of information and inspiration to build themselves and their churches.

The Impact Conference also featured an intimate time of relaxation, fellowship and impartation for pastoral attendees at the Pastors and Spouses Luncheon. There was truly something for everyone at this conference. Everyone learned and grew at their various levels of ministry.
