Having been in ministry for nearly 30 years we are familiar with the many demands and challenges that come with leading a ministry. It is not uncommon for many pastors to have questions such as, “How do I grow and develop my church into what God wants it to be?” “How do I get my leaders to carry out the vision?” and “How do I effectively minister to the needs of my congregation?”

For this reason, we established an organization called the Empowerment Fellowship of Covenant Churches to provide a covering for pastors and ministries, as well as mentorship, counsel and developmental leadership.

We also understand from personal experience the indescribable blessing that comes from being connected to spiritual leadership.

Empowerment Fellowship of Covenant Churches

The Empowerment Fellowship of Covenant Churches is impacting ministries all over the world! With over 500 covenant pastors connected to our ministry, we are continually planning powerful pastors retreats, seminars and conferences to bless and enhance pastors and their ministries. In addition, we also provide ministry resources and specialized training in vision casting, church growth, infrastructure development, financial stewardship, building ministry leaders and so much more!

When you join the Empowerment Fellowship of Covenant Churches, you will be mentored through the challenging environment of pastoral leadership and empowered to maximize the vision God has given you for your ministry!
