Changing Lives Together

God had great plans when He sent Lyle and Deborah Dukes into a local high school classroom in Woodbridge, Virginia to start a ministry in 1995. With their elementary-age daughter, no members and little money, God set a course for this anointed couple that would produce powerful ministry and result in transforming the lives of millions of people around the world.

God has certainly blessed Bishop Lyle Dukes and Pastor Deborah Dukes with a unique and special brand of ministry that is expressed through their love and dedication for God, their care and concern for people and their ardent love for each other. 

The Changing Lives Together initiative embodies the essence of the work of Lyle and Deborah Dukes Ministries.  This initiative describes the concept of believers passionately working together to save the lost, rebuild broken lives and empower people to live in victory.

Changing Lives Together unifies the resources of ideas, innovation, prayer, labor and finances to establish programs, systems and facilities to reach and serve people through the power of Jesus Christ.  Our ministry entities include:

Lyle and Deborah Dukes Ministries' objective is to help, encourage and empower people through the teaching of Biblical principles and the manifested power of God.
